Adding Your License Details

To maintain transparency and credibility, we encourage all counselors to enter their license details during profile setup. This step enhances trust and ensures compliance with professional regulations.

How can you do so?

Mobile Users

  1. Start the app.
  2. Click the Menu icon from the top left corner.
  3. From the menu click “Counselor Profile”.
  4. From “Counselor Profile”, scroll down and click “License".
  5. Click “ADD NEW” in the top right corner.
  6. Fill out the required information.
  7. Once added, click “Save”.

Web users

  1. Open www.kounsel.io page.
  2. Click “Login” from the top right corner.
  3. From the home page, click “Profile” from the left corner.
  4. From “Profile” scroll down and click “License".
  5. Click "Add New License".
  6. Fill out the required information.
  7. Once added, click "Save".
