Below the Payment Method section, you will find the option to add a phone number. Phone number registration is required if you are interested to provide or get counseled over the phone. Remember that counselor phone service is not a voice-over IP service rather it uses your phone number.

How to add your phone number?
Mobile users
- Start the app.
- Click on the Menu icon from top left corner.
- From the menu, scroll down and click "Account".
- On the Account page, enter your complete number with country code.
- Add your phone number and click "Next" to receive a verification code.
- Enter verification code and click "Next" on the bottom right corner.
