Adding a Phone Number to Your Account

Below the Payment Method section, you will find the option to add a phone number. Phone number registration is required if you are interested to provide or get counseled over the phone. Remember that counselor phone service is not a voice-over IP service rather it uses your phone number.

How to add your phone number?

Mobile users

1. Start the app.
2. Click on the Menu icon from top left corner.
3. From the menu, scroll down and click "Account".
4. On the Account page, enter your complete number with country code.
5. Add your phone number and click "Next" to receive a verification code.
6. Enter verification code and click "Next" on the bottom right corner.
