Mobile Users

1. Start the app.
2. Click on the Menu icon from the top left corner.
3. Click “Counselor Profile”.
4. Go to “Basic Profile”.
5. Scroll down and click “Rate”.
6. Once updated, click “Save”.

Web Users

1. Go to www.kounsel.io page.
2. Click “Login” from the top right corner.
3. From the home page, click “Profile” from the left corner.
4. Scroll down and click “Basic Profile”
5. Click “Rate”.
6. Once updated, click “Save”.
