Counselor Notification: Control How Kounsel Sends You Emails

After linking Gmail account with the Kounsel app, counselors can customize email notification settings. With this, you can set up when and what email notifications you will receive from Kounsel.

How can I only receive emails from new appointments (Android)?

1. Start the app.
2. Click on the Menu icon in the top left corner.
3. From the menu, click "Settings."
4. Click "Email."
5. Select "New appointment" to enable this option.

1. Open the www.kounsel.io page.
2. Click "Login" on the top right corner.
3. Enter your email and password details to go to the home page
4. From the home page, click "Settings."
5. Click "Email."
6. Select "New Appointment" to enable this option.

How can I get emails of every message I receive on the Kounsel platform (Android)?
