Deleting Your Kounsel Account

Next to sign out is the “delete account” option, this will actually delete your entire account from Kounsel along with files and attachments in your account.

Note: If you have a pending or in-progress payment with Kounsel, you won't be able to delete your account. Once that payment is processed you can just try again and delete it.

How can I delete my account from  Kounsel?

Android users

1. Start the app.
2. Click on the Menu icon on the top left corner.
3. From the menu, scroll down and click "Account".
4. From Account, click "DELETE ACCOUNT" at the bottom left corner.
5. Enter your name as shown above and click "Delete".

iOs users

1. Start the app.
2. Click on the Menu icon on the top left corner.
3. From the menu, scroll down and click "Account".
4. From Account, click "DELETE ACCOUNT" at the bottom right part.
5. Click "Confirm".
