How To Turn on Counselor Search Visibility on The Kounsel App

If your profile status is showing published but is not visible on the app, you may need to turn on your search visibility.

Search visibility allows counselors to control their availability. When availability is turned off, the counselor profile will not be visible on the app search. Turning on visibility will allow new clients to view the counselor's profile and send a message.

How can I turn on search visibility when I am available (Android)?

1. Start the app.
2. Click on the Menu icon in the top left corner.
3. From the menu, click “Settings.”
4. Click “Counselor.”
5. Select “Search Visibility.”
6. Click the invisible toggle to turn on visibility.
