How to share files in the chat:

Mobile Users

1. Start the app.
2. Click the menu icon from the top left corner.
3. Go to "Messages."
4. Select the "File icon" at the bottom left corner.
5. Select "file" from phone storage.
6. Once selected, click "Done."

Web Users

1. Open the www.kounsel.io page.
2. Click "Login" from the top right corner.
3. From the home page, click "Message" in the left corner.
4. Select the "File icon" at the bottom right corner.
5. Select the file from computer storage and open it.
6. Click "Save."
