How do I start an appointment with a Counselor?

1. Start the app.
2. Go to the side menu at the top left corner.
3. Click "Appointment".
4. Click the appointment and you can see the event details.
5. Click the "Phone" icon at the bottom right corner for a phone call with the counselor.
6. Click the "Camera" icon at the bottom right corner for a video call with the counselor.
7. Click "START" to start the appointment.
