But that's not all. We've got your back when it comes to compliance. When you, as the counselor, receive a call, you'll also see your client's location. This nifty feature helps you stay on top of state compliance requirements.

Now, let's talk about customization. You, as a counselor, have the power to tweak this feature to your liking. Just head over to Settings > Counseling settings, and you're in control.

As for the rates, clients pay what's posted on their counselor's profile. It's transparent, fair, and ensures both clients and counselors get what they deserve.

How to start a Video Counseling Session?

Mobile Users

Start the app.
From the main menu, choose the desired profession.
Once selected, choose the counselor that appeals most to you based on their profile, feedback, charges, etc.
Once selected, click on the "Camera icon" present at the bottom to start a video call.

Want to connect with your ideal counselor but they're not online? Don't fret if they're not online at that moment, simply hit 'SCHEDULE' and lock in your one-on-one time!
